The TopHat membership is a brilliant way to support the prolonged development of our servers and modpacks.
It includes...

• Whilst membership is active you will have access to all the Undead Slayer rank perks and commands.
  
  
• Whilst membership is active you will have access to a unique and free pet with its very own snazzy top hat.
  Can be summoned with the command /pet summon TophatMandrake
  This pet whilst giving the standard beastial bond (which slightly increases XP gained) it also gives swiftness and night vision.

• Access to 'Creative Flight' in the overworld, this is perfect for builders. However, for balance and fairness and combat will disable flight automatically.
  
  
• Whilst membership is active you will have a Top Hat cosmetic above your head, this cosmetic will change colours the longer you maintain your membership. (Picture of cosmetic and times below)
  
  
• Whilst membership is active you will receive a 5% off all pet bundles from CinderRPG and Eggs from Dinosty.
  
  
• Discord Rewards : TopHat role with access to private chat and vc, alongside exclusive bot commands (eg. highfive).

Understanding of Rights:
This membership is a subscription-based service, and as such, its contents are subject to change. By purchasing this subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

A) The features, rewards, and content included in the membership may be added to, removed, or altered at any time, with or without prior notice.
B) You are not entitled to receive any specific item, feature, or reward that was previously included in the membership at the time of your purchase if it is later modified or discontinued. Retroactive rewards are at our sole discretion.

By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that the membership is dynamic in nature.

Billing, Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or alternatively through the TEBEX refund system. Cancellations prevent future charges but do not retroactively refund any prior payments. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify the features offered around and within this package.
We reserve the right to make these changes without formal warning within applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
This service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the membership content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the membership at any time for violation of our policies or misuse of the service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Access to specific features, content, or rewards may vary by region or platform and is not guaranteed at all times. Temporary outages, maintenance, or updates may affect availability. 
Certain content may be subject to in-game restrictions or require specific progress milestones to become accessible.

User Conduct :
By purchasing and using the membership service, you agree to the following terms regarding acceptable use:

• You shall not misuse or exploit the service, its features, or any associated in-game items in ways that grant unfair advantages or disrupt the intended game balance or economy, as decided by us.

• You agree not to engage in or promote any form of cheating, automation (bots), duplication, reverse engineering, or tampering with game files or systems.

• You shall not attempt to gain real-world financial profit from the membership or any of its contents, including but not limited to:

  • Selling, trading, or auctioning in-game items, rewards, access, or accounts associated with the membership for real currency or third-party goods/services.

  • Offering access to membership perks through paid third-party services.

  • Advertising the resale or rental of any benefits, features, or content tied to your membership.

• You may not share, transfer, or lend your membership access to others for compensation or personal gain.

• Any attempt to bypass the intended payment or access systems (e.g., fraudulent chargebacks, using unauthorized methods to gain access) will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

Violations of these rules may result in suspension, termination, or permanent ban of your account, without refund, at our sole discretion.
